People using the service are age 17+ with a range of mental health needs, although their mental health will be stable and they are able to usefully use support from the Link Service. Their own mental health and wellbeing may be impacted by social factors such as financial hardship, housing needs, social isolation or poor physical health. People using the service will often need support and guidance to access services and resources and networks within their community. People using the service may be unable to cope with the situation on their own at that time. They will often need support to manage their personal circumstances to reduce the impact on their mental health and wellbeing.
