University of the 3rd Age- U3A

U3A is a membership charity for those in their third age- retired or semi-retired. It provides life long learning in its broadest sense, enabling members to share their interests, knowledge and skills, learning from each other. This keeps the mind and body active, raises self-esteem and forges new friendships. U3A is open to everyone in their third age, however they do need to be capable of participating in interest groups.
